Bake Tom Yum Chicken Wings

Since I love to drink Tom Yum soup, I was thinking is there other way that I can enjoy this spicy, sour and salty flavor without having to soup during this hot weather in Hong Kong.  So I came up with this dish.... Here's what you need.....

Ingredient:

Chicken Wings

Marinate:

Lemon Grass
Lemon Leaf
Galangal
Tom Yum Soup Paste
Fish Sauce
Soy Sauce
Chinese Cooking Wine
Lime

Method:

1. Marinated the chicken wings over night with the above marinated except for the lime juice
2. Take the chicken wings out from the fridge and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour before baking, at this point added in two lime juice and let it sit for 1 hour
3. Bake the chicken wings at 200 degree skin side up for 15 mins, flip the chicken wings to the opposite side and bake it for another 5-10mins.  This way both side can be golden brown.
4. Plate it up and server.  I will add a splash of lime juice on the wings before serving.
